大ヒット （ケーラン＠松本市）
タイ料理が好きなのですが、最近食べていませんね。機会が無い。
以前、新宿駅の地下のフードコートのような場所でよくタイ料理を頂いていました。
手軽だったので東京出張時のあずさの待ち時間に重宝していましたが、今でもあるのでしょうかね。
本日は松本市島立の「ケーラン」です。松本の数少ないタイ料理店。なかなか本格的なタイ料理とのこと、初めてのお店なので楽しみにしていました。
目移りするほどメニューが豊富。この日は２名でお伺いしたので３品頂くことができました。
上の写真は「ケーン・キャオ・ワーン（ライス付き）（1200円）」
いわゆるグリーンカレー。
しっかりとしたメリハリのある味付け。風味が「鋭い」です。これも美味しい。
店によっては砂糖が多かったりするのですが、この店は適度で文句なしです。
生のバイマックルーの葉を初めてもしゃもしゃ頂きました。
ソム・タム(1000円)
青パパイヤのサラダ。タイの定番メニューですね。
辛さは調整可能ということで「タイの辛さ」でお願いしようかと思いましたが、普通より少し辛くして頂く程度に留めました（笑）
さっぱり酸味と辛味と複雑な旨み。過去頂いたソムタムの中では一番美味しかったです。
パッ・タイ（1000円）
これは一度食べてみたかったタイの焼きそば。
海老や厚揚げのようなものを始めとした具沢山な構成。麺はもっちりとした太目の平麺です。タイではセンレックという米麺を使うはずですが、これがそうでしょうかね？甘みが強くうまく表現しにくい濃厚な味。
４種類の薬味が添えられますので味を変えながら楽しむことができます。
・青唐辛子が入った酢
・乾燥した唐辛子と何かが粉末状になったもの
・ナンプラー
・砂糖（たぶん）
この店には通い詰めたいかも！

こちらのお店美味しいですよね♪
大人数で色々と取り分けて楽しみたいところですが、香草など苦手な人が多くてなかなか行けないんですよ～(T T)

ここは、私の義理の妹が行きつけで連れて行ってもらったのですが、確かに本場の味を再現していると思います。むしろ私がタイでよく食べていた屋台や安食堂より材料も豪華でおいしいです。
ちなみに卓上の調味料は、タイの食堂で必ずと言っていいほど置かれている「定番」セットで、特にパッタイはもともと甘いうえにタイ人はそこに砂糖をかけて食べるんですよね。

この分野は食べる人を選ぶのでなかなか難しいですね。
